Welp, I never got around to posting to Queerly Beloved last week, but hopefully this week I'll finally get off my butt and start scheduling those. (I swear, I'd never remember at all if vriddy wasn't so consistent with posting Community Thursday stuff.)

In general, though, it took me some practice, and also basically giving myself permission to shitpost. Could this stray thought be of interest or amusement to any of my circlemates? What about to myself in a month's time, or a year's? If either of these is true, then up it goes! I'll also use Dreamwidth to jot down story ideas for later. Will I ever get to them? Who knows! But at least now they're written down somewhere.

It’s an interesting thought…

I guess I am very used to sequestering my negativity into its holes and mostly I have been dealing with that online… and otherwise my one-off shitposts have been mostly going to bluesky these days because of how onerous a task it is to post images here, unfortunately.

There was a bit of discussion in another journal about scheduling posts and vriddy has a post about how to schedule a dreamwidth post via email
I haven't tried it yet, but it could be a useful way to use the site.

As much nostalgia I have for "old internet" it is the new internet that sucks up all my time and will :/ I may look into what you have there but I'm not sure it will help because I'm not sure the scheduling is actually the issue. I just don't have much to say period, I feel.
