I feel like an insane person. I have like 70,000 words and I want to rewrite the entire book. Maybe with an outline this time.

I know I need to type everything up so I can use it later but still ahghghghghghg this is so painful.

I read some ~advice once that said if you were really stuck on a project/hated end result to truly improve it you should rewrite the whole thing. No copy-paste. Write every single word again. By hand if you wished. So this would be a less extreme example. You'll probably edit a little as you type it up. Then you can break into sections to work on, some which will need more work than others, some might get deleted, new stuff can be added.
I don't envy you the task but having a clear outline and ensuring the story hits all those beats in the right place then the work will be worth it.
